Cuyahoga ValleyCuyahoga Valley National Park was established in 2000, the 56th of America's National Parks to be designated. The park lies along the Cuyahoga River between the Ohio cities of Cleveland and Akron, and is home to the Ohio and Erie Canal Towpath Trail - a restored section of the canal's original towpath. In the park's north, the Canal Exploration Center details the 19th century waterway's history. It has several waterfalls, including Brandywine Falls and Blue Hen Falls. |
